Introducing Minutes for Mental Health

Will YOU commit to your mental health this May?

Throughout the month of May we're inviting our community to collectively track the time we spend taking care of our mental health - through self-care, learning, or simply checking in with ourselves or others.

It's not about perfection. It's about intention.

When we prioritize mental health together, we normalize care, break down stigma, and inspire others to show up authentically.

1 in 5 adults live with a diagnosable mental illness

That means someone close to you - a colleague, friend, or family member - may be carrying something heavy that you can't always see. Yet mental health struggles often remain isolating and unseen.

We're committed to changing that - by fostering connection, understanding, and support.

What's a Mental Health Minute?

A Mental Health Minute is a simple, creative way to take a brief pause and focus on your well-being. Whether it's exercise, a moment of meditation, engaging in one of our webinars, practicing gratitude or reaching out for support - it's about intentionally creating a space to prioritize YOU.

  • Track your minutes:  Use the Google form (linked below) to log your mental health minutes
  • Win Prizes:  We give away prizes for participants who opt in
  • Gain Resources:  In addition, you'll receive access to helpful resources and ways to connect all month long

This isn't a fundraiser. It's a movement. A reminder that one moment of honesty or one small act of care can create a ripple effect.

Let's make May a month of real action - together.
