Delivering comprehensive outreach & education is the heart of our mission. Our goal is to ensure that mental health services and supports are readily accessible to everyone in need.

We’ve developed a platform created specifically for the issues facing our community. And we’ve transformed the way our programs are delivered by launching virtual sessions to improve accessibility and maximize community impact.

As always, these events are absolutely free & everyone is welcome. Funding to provide mental health education, support, and advocacy services is provided by Polk County, Iowa, Polk County Behavioral Health & Disability Services, United Way of Central Iowa, a number of corporate and family donors, and charitable donations from people like you!
