Delivering comprehensive outreach & education is the heart of our mission. Our goal is to ensure that mental health services and supports are readily accessible to everyone in need.
We’ve developed a platform created specifically for the issues facing our community. And we’ve transformed the way our programs are delivered by launching virtual sessions to improve accessibility and maximize community impact.
Update on Mindspring Webinars
Since 2020, we've proudly offered free webinars, serving hundreds of thousands of people across the nation and around the world. In a time of rising costs, declining quality, and shrinking content choices, we've kept our programs free and focused on topics that matter. Funding to provide mental health education, support, and advocacy services is provided by Polk County, Iowa, Polk County Behavioral Health & Disability Services, United Way of Central Iowa, a number of corporate and family donors, and charitable donations from people like you!
The Challenge
As grant funding declines, it's becoming harder to sustain free webinars, especially as demand grows. Most sessions are at full capacity, which means many who want to join can't. To maintain fairness and accessibility, we need to adjust our approach.
What's New
Mindspring will now offer 50 hours of free training for corporations, non-profits, city & state governments, schools & universities, and foster care providers. After that, organizations are invited to join our Partner Access Program.
